Camplus Venezia Santa Marta is located within the Venice Port Authority. It is a historic complex dating back to the end of the 19th century, home to the former Venetian cotton mill, and now a highly energy-efficient building full of common areas to support education and leisure. 

The rooms have fine finishes and custom-made furnishings. It allows you to choose between large studios or double / twin rooms with kitchenette, private bathroom and adjustable air conditioning.

Inside the residence there is a lobby with a dining area, a conference room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers and a garden. The reception is always available and the wifi is free and active in all areas of the structure. The pride of the residence is the highly technological and innovative gym available, also free of charge, for guests of Camplus Santa Marta.

This is also the home of the first Hum.us restaurant, an innovative “affinity food space” serving the whole city.
